Dark brahma gender?

I probably should be able to tell on my own, but this is my first time with chickens. I ordered my chicks this summer, and I got a free chick that we determined was a dark Brahma. We assumed it would be male since most of the "free exotic" ones are, but at 19 weeks I was expecting it's comb and waddles to be more pronounced like my black giant's.

Definitely a cockerel. Dark Brahma pullets lack the large dark patches that your bird has.

The dark Brahma is a cockerel, and pretty sure the black bird is also.

Why wouldn't it have it's comb developed, yet?

The dark Brahma and black bird are cockerels. Brahmas have a small type of comb known as a pea comb which never becomes very large.
