Dark Brahma Sexing

Hi all. I had a question to when do dark brahma roos start changing colors? I have some that are almost 6 weeks old. The only difference I notice is that one is feathering out very slowly compared to the other. Like all the others are fully feathered but his head and back are still fluffy. I know brahmas mature very slowly compared to a ton of other breeds, but I was just curious on when this change may come. Thank you
