Dark Cornish? Bantam?

This was sold to me as a Dark Cornish, another DC hen from the same hatchery looks like the standard, this one does not. She is significantly smaller than the other hen, and her tail is tucked down all the time.
Any thoughts on breed?
I tried to get better pics, but she is very fidgity. Has some brown markings, mostly a green hue to the black. Very small overall, reminds me of a bantam I had a few years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if she's DC still, just small or bantam.

Thank you, I thought she might be when looking at the comb. She just doesn't fit the build at all. I appreciate the insight!
