Dark Easter Egger w/Slate Legs=Blue Eggs?

Beautiful eggs! Thanks for sharing. have one Easter Egger, and her legs have just turned bright blue (almost 4 weeks old). I was hoping that indicated blue eggs, but I'd be thrilled with any of those colors. I'm expecting the others will lay brown (Rhode Island Red, Golden Sex Link, and Buff Orpington. I was hoping to get two Ameraucaunas, but nobody has them around here. Only the youngest kid will ever help me dye Easter eggs, and she's turning 18, so I'm hoping I won't have to ever again! Do they stay the same color when hard boiled? And yes, I still make Easter baskets, even though my kids are 34, 32, and 17. We also use HB eggs in one of our favorite holiday side dishes, Hungarian Potatoes.
