The next day, Autumn awoke under a bush, her usually soft, fluffy fur matted from the forest soil, dew, and twigs. She let her thoughts wander to the day before and her heart sank as she remembered the trouble she was in. She had opted to stay in the forest away from camp to escape the Alpha’s wrath, but she knew she’d have to return eventually. Why do you always have to be so disrespectful and rude?! She thought to herself angrily. As the sun cast its first light, Autumn vowed to try to be kinder today. Then again, she thought this every morning.

Winter was worried about Autumn "where is she?" she thought "Maybe I shouldn't have been so harsh....."
