Immediately, Smoke saw what the bird was fussing about. Many of his packmates were there, too! He smiled, they seemed to be enjoying themselves.

 

[Kale the Quail]

Snow made it to the river. "hello!" she called to Marble, Link, and Grace. She trotted into the river and enjoyed the feeling of water swishing through her fur.
"I may be named Snow but I like water much better!"

Marble giggled at what Snow had said. "Hello!"

Snow went a little deeper into the river and lapped up some fresh clear water.

Marble stuck her nose in the water and ended up falling face first into the river.

Snow laughed and waded over to Marble.

Marble surfaced and splashed Snow.

Snow wagged her tail and hopped out of the water. Then she jump back in to create one last big splash!

Snow made it to the river. "hello!" she called to Marble, Link, and Grace. She trotted into the river and enjoyed the feeling of water swishing through her fur.

"Hello," Link said, and then laid down in the shade to watch his little girl play.

Grace ran around, "she does remind me of her mother..." he thought.
