Anyone know what causes this it's on both top and bottom. Looks like dried blood.

Simply the paint being thicker on one part versus the other. It should even out if this is a new layer. Sometimes even happens to experienced layers. Think about it his this. All eggs are white by default. Colors on eggs is simply some paint being applied over the white. Your egg has a bad paint job.

You can rub it will a moistened qtip. Rub one end on the normal side and the other end on the suspicious side. If it was blood I'd imagine the qtip would have a pinkish tint.

It is the darkest I had seen yet. Shes been laying for 2 weeks now. Thank you! I'm new and just thought I would ask you all .
Is she an Olive Egger.....or?
Breeds with dark pigment coatings can make some ugly eggs due to smears, scratches, and 'splotches' like you have there.
It may smooth out in time, or not.
