< Darkening Skies > ~ A Fantasy Roleplay

Remus was perched on a tree branch close to town, their bony wings tucked against their back uncomfortably. It wasn't comfortable to have bones for wings, they were always stabbing them in the back or getting tangled. It'd be much easier to have real wings.

Llyr took flight, casually drifting along a breeze. The sky was theraputic to her, it always had been. There was never people their, except for a stray winged one or two. When she glanced down, she saw two winged ones walking. Walking? If you have wings then why would you want to walk?
She dipped a little lower, floating silently as she watched them walk along side a field, heading towards town.

Rose kept walking now in town. she always walked along the back roads. People scared her, and she liked being mysterious. People always looked at her odd, like today she was wearing her favorite ripped black Jean's and a baggy yellow sweatshirt with her chains. And she never forgot to put on her rainbow earrings.
God, I need to stop wearing these boots! She yelled at herself. Rose's feet were killing her from walking on gravel in her high heeled boots. She decided to stop on the side of the road to sit down.

Fiona stopped walking for a second to look around. She really had no idea where she was, but trying to stay calm, she decided she didn’t have to go back home and that this was a perfectly fine spot to spend the rest of her life.

Rose paused and looked up to see another winged one, flying a bit above ground. She accidentally made eye contact with this winged one. Rose immediately blushed and looked away, hoping she didnt bring too much attention to herself

Llyr had been watching the blonde carefully, and rose a brow when they made brief eye contact. She debated landing and going to speak to her. She was clearly a winged one and not a hybrid, so it wouldn't be too bad. I haven't spoken to anyone in days.
Deciding to just go for it, she swooped down, landing gracefully in front of Rose, the chains around her neck and attached to her jeans rattling obnoxiously when she landed. She looked down at Rose, clearly bemused. "You do have wings," she stated rather bluntly, figuring the girls feet where in pain judging by the shoes she was wearing. "Flying is far more efficient then walking."

Rose turned a bright shade of red, "Well, I mean I could, but my wings are sore, I uh- fell the other day" she said nervously, after looking Llyr up and down she looked at the ground.

Llyr's brows drew together as she observed the stuttering, nervous girl. It could be that the girl was simply always anxious, or it was Llyr's intimidating stance. Or both. "Well, if you're going to walk you should get some better boots." She paused, sighing. Being rude wasn't going to get her far, and Rose seemed quite nervous already. "I promise I don't bite... Much." She gave a sarcastic grin before her face fell back into a rather stoic way. "The name's Llyr. And you are?"

Rose nervously laughed before looking back up at her, "My names rose" she said, brushing her golden locks out of the way so she could get a clear image of Llyr
