Das Bier!!!

Two days ago I finished bottling 5 gal of my own recipe for a Dark Scottish Ale. I'll call it "Hale's Kitchen Kick'n Chicken Ale"
Today I finished brewing an all grain Pilsner (lager) but I'm fermenting it with Irish Ale yeast to see how it tastes. I should be ready to bottle next week sometime. It's name will be "Roxy Bird Steam". Named after my silkie, Roxie.

I live in San Diego so If I want to make a REAL Lager (with Lager yeast) I need to buy another refrigerator......Not gonna happen.

Anybody else make their own beer?

I need to rack off and bottle, but i'm feeling lazy, so maybe next weekend.

A Homebrew party is only fun if other people bring THEIR beer for others to sample...not just boozing mine...

I put them to work, if they wanna drink, then can peel labels, scrub bottles and do other tasks. Share the work, share the rewards.
