How Many Homebrewers do we have out there!

Im not a homebrewer but a little ol' wine maker

I'm not a homebrewer either as I'm not a huge beer fan, but I do brew some 'clearly refined' wines, brandy and grain mixes every so often that I enjoy in moderation...

My first batch was just raisins, orange, yeast, honey, and water. The second batch was apple juice, honey, yeast, clove, and cinnamon.I'm just about to rack them for the second time, then bottling the first batch to age for a couple months. The second batch needs a LOT more time to clarify I think!

Started 2 gallons of cranberry/apple melomel today. Ran the specific gravity and it says it will ferment out to 12% ABV. guess that will be served in small glasses!

Picked up about 50lbs of day old bananas yesterday, going to do about 10 gallons of banana brandy/wine...

I'll be doing a pale ale in a few weeks, then a raspberry cream ale in the middle of May.
