Hey everyone just figured I should start a thread for my coop and run build,It's still a work in progress but is working great so far,I still have to build nesting boxes,Finish the roof and paint (the major work left). It's been a fun build for me and my boys,We decided to stick with just 3 chickens until we can build onto it and make more room.Hope you guys enjoy the build and can't wait to get more ideas from all of you on this build,It's will post updated pics tomorrow when it stops raining lol

Since it's a rainy day I finally went and got some pultry nipples and made my chicken waterer while we are stuck in the house.I decided to use a 3 gal bucket instead of 5 since we only have 3 hens.its currently hanging from the ceiling while the silicone cures lol

And here is the 3 hens we decided to keep, will be a year old next month,I posted the pic in the identification thread and everyone that commented said they look to be 2x black sex links and 1x Easter egger and I'm happy with that!

Got our first eggs today! I haven't touched them yet but one has a big dent in it so I think they squished it,it looks kinda rubbery though,And the other looks better,Should I put the good egg in the nesting box?they layed right on the middle of the coop, also is that normal coloring?

congrats man! your easter egger is actually an olive egger! cool! what did the other egg look like? I would put it in the nest box as encouragement for the hens to lay in it.
