Day 10 candling- is it dead? My girl is pale, need to know if i should pull her off

Hi, this is day 10 of my girl sitting on egg. She is looking pale and I need to know if the egg is a lost cause, so I can put her back with the others.

On a side note this is only the 3rd fertilized egg in about 4 years, despite having 5 roosters! Could there be a reason why my boys are hopeless? Thanks

That's a very clear blood ring, so the egg is dead, yeah.

She's pale compared to what? To other broodies, to herself when broody previous times, or to a non-broody hen?
