Day 12 I think they're all bad

I put 5 eggs under a broody silkie 12 days ago, I tried candling today and all I see is an air pocket and s bunch of dark, no movement, no veining??? Any thoughts?

What kind of eggs? Day 12 you should still see some light areas. Unless they never developed... then they could be rotten! Did you smell one? If you could post a picture, that would help. Candle from both ends, if possible.

Silkie eggs, I candled from all sides all are about the same with a little light at one end and the rest of the egg is dark, I'll try and get a picture later
