Day 16 here - I tried to candle on Day 10, but my flashlight wasn't working quite right. This is with an actual Candler. My guess is 1 and 7 are bad and probably 5. Am I reading these right? Thanks for your help - 1st time doing this!

1, 5, and 7 from the pictures don't show veins, while the others are clearly viable. Try checking these for movement by monitoring them for a minute or two to confirm. By this point, any eggs that aren't viable for us weren't moving and the inside would be free-floating. It will look very different from rotating an egg with a living aspiring hatchling.

Oh my goodness -- Unbelievable that ALL 7 of those I posted were fertile and hatched!
Just keep them in until hatch day. You don't want to chance throwing out a live chick.
THANK YOU BirdsBeesTrees for telling me to keep them all -- I'm so happy I didn't toss them. As a first-timer with a hatch, I was really unsure! They all hatched in the last 24 hours... at day 20. So YAY for chickees!

I only candle once on day 9-10. I only toss the eggs where you can clearly see the yolk and the white separately (unfertilized eggs).
Dark eggs you should always keep, no matter if you see veins or not. Sometimes you just can't see the veins, for whatever reason (not enough powerful light, too early to tell, too much ambient light, bad quality picture, etc).
