Day 16 Help!!!

Today is day 16. My temps have stayed steady throughout the whole hatch. 102 air temp, 100 egg temp. This afternoon it read 102 air temp and 107 egg temp. I just candled and all are still alive. I'm hoping its just a thermometer glitch, but it still says 102 air and 107 egg. What should I do?

Nevermind, I found a solution. I used our medical thermometer to measure the water wiggler temp. It was normal. Just going to judge the next few days up to hatch by air temp. Should have chicks by the weekend!
