Day 16......

So I have been unsure of one of the eggs from the 14 that I have left. I went and candled it and it was a small shadow about the size of your pinky finger w/no veins at all. It is not moving but I know that does not mean anything. I waited and I candled from both ends and it just looks like a small blob that never developed. Hmmmmm

The other 13 eggs look like they are taking up half the egg and they have loads of veins and are moving like crazy, so I think this one might be a
dud, or just died earlier on.

Anyway I am so excited about puting them in the hatcher soon!!!!!!! So very very excited!
I want to see fluffy butts!!

Tsagirl - that one does sound like it died early on in incubation. I would remove it, especially if it is clearly underdeveloped compared to the others. Good luck with your hatch.

I agree with Jody-anything that appears vastly different at this stage of the game probably should be removed.

Thank you everyone for sending positive hatching vibes my way!! I am so excited for my babies and they are starting to heat up the bator in those little eggs!! I keep havng to turn the wafer to "decrease" the temp/

That's how my whole last batch was. They all did that except for one, and I think I gave up on that one too early.
