Day 16......

Lone yours are gonna be doing really great this time! I can not wait to hear all that hatch out of this batch.
This is probably the batch that I have learned the most on. I had 48 eggs and Now down to 13. Haha...how is that for luck.

Congrats, what kind of eggs did you say? I have those araucana eggs and out of the 13 I put in I can't honestly say I see anything going on. I candled 3 days ago and couldn't see much. I took two of the eggs out I was sure had NOTHING going on and put them in a plastic bag and cracked them open. Sure enough not even any sign of development. ticked me off. I tested my incubator for 5 days on the temp and humidity and its smack on. So it was either the post office that screwed the eggs up, or the guy sold me duds.

They are still in there the other 11, but I am going to candle again tonight and get rid of the duds for sure! There might have been 1 or 2 that were questionable, so we'll see.

Yes I have 2 green eggs in there and the only way that I am keeping them is they both have very intact air cells and one of them you can actually see veins from the top and they dont smell....so we will see. I will keep everyone updated, getting excited.....today is day 18 and there will hopefully be some hatching on Saturday!
