Day 17 and not even a peep?

Total of 4 chicks out of 20 eggs so far. 1 last night, 2 very early this morning and 1 more while I was at work today. 1 is pipped I think, but no more activity. Wondering if something was "off" because they have all been spread out except for the 2 this morning. How long should I leave the eggs in before I give up on them? Today is day 19, but 3 of the 4 came today and I still have 16 eggs left in there.

I don't have an answer for you but I'd like to know too. I've got 24 eggs in the bator. 2 chicks hatched last night over a 2 hour span, one hatched sometime during the night. Some of the other's have pips. Definitely not the popcorn hatching I was expecting. How long can I leave the chicks in the bator before moving them to a brooder. With Chickens, I know they are good for up to 3 days as they finish absorbing their yolk sac. What's the timeline for Quail.

I have always popped the quail out as they dried. I end up with over 90% hatch rate so it does not seem to hurt my nonshipped eggs. For about a month I had 2-6 chicks hatching every few days. I am now collecting for more days mostly because of a lack of bator space with all the chicken eggs.
