I have never had this happen, however, I have only hatched eggs like 5 times so I am not very experienced! Are you worried about it being rotten and exploding? Does it smell at all? I doubt it is going to hatch or pip within the day. What are your humidity and temperature? I hope the chick in their pulls through!

im using a chinese 4 eggs incubator the manual say the temp has to be 38.0 and it adjust itself i cant set it higher than that

That sounds like a nice incubator- the temperature is pretty good. In my earlier post I was trying to find other probable alternatives while being positive! But it looks like it is probably a goner. I doubt it would explode if you left it in there, but of course, you would want to check frequently. Sorry!

EDIT; I cracked the egg before it explode on me and this is what its look like the embroy stick on one side and its not alive
