I would take the babies out and get the humidity back down to about 60% if possible.

Thanks for your input, I thought so too. I just took the babies out and put them in the brooder. By opening the incubator and taking them out it brought the humidity down to 75e. Am I right that they don't need food for a day or two? I put water in there for them. It's funny, I got eggs from two different people on ebay and the ones that are hatching came from my own chickens

I took the babies out of the incubator last night and it brought the humidity down to 70. Hopefully the other eggs will hatch today. I am not sure how to put pictures on here yet so I uploaded them with picasa and here is a link to them.
