OK, the grand total is 29!!! I had 38 eggs. Several were clear, a couple made it half way. I'm very happy with the hatch!!!! Pics to come after work today.

Ps. Not good at math, can someone figure out the percentage for me? Thanks

How many were clear? They don't count in your hatch rate.

3 were totally clear, 4 look like they made it halfway, the shells were about half dark. The other two, I'm leaving for another day, just in case. They are totally dark, can't tell, you never know!!!

38 eggs - 3 clear = 35 eggs

29 hatches out of 35 eggs = ____ %

2900/35 = 82.85%

If those other 2 hatch the hatch rate is 3100/36 = 88.57%

Both are very good hatch rates!

Grand total: 29 out of 35! Pretty good for a first timer I think. I've got 30 eggs collected for another hatch. Gonna have to build another coop!!!
