Hey all day 18!! Tomorrow and I’m going to start the lock down process. Going to remove the turner and up the humidity and also maintain the same temps of 99.5 to 102. Any other recommendations??
thanks

I use a waffle type shelf liner (See pic). To help prevent leg issues. If you don't have any no worries. Most chicks do fine without it.

I turn my temp down slightly. To about 99°-100° in my still air (down from 102°). They're making their own heat at this stage and more susceptible to temperature spikes rather than temperature dips. But please be cautious if you fiddle with temp this late in the game. Don't do anything that might risk a spike.

These eggs this picture are a slightly staggered hatch. They're currently on day 19 and day 17. I locked down today! IMG_20200723_114031957.jpg
