Day 18?

I set my eggs at 9pm on Sunday, January 24, which would make Sunday, February 14 day 21. So should I take the turner out today, Thursday, February 11, right? Should I have taken it out in the morning or at 9pm? And can I still candle today/the 18th day?

I think you need to recheck your dates. None of that adds up.
Are you hatching chickens?
If you mean that you set the eggs on January 21st, then today is day 21 and you should see piping and hatching.
Other poultry can take a bit longer, so that would be different.
But I’m confused on the dates you have given.

If you placed them on Jan 24th then tonight at 9pm they should be day 18. I would wait until 9pm to turn the turner off and place them in lockdown (if they're chicken eggs).
