Day 19 and babies

Hello All,
I am so excited I had to share. We hatched out a chick on day 19, we left in the afternoon and no signs of anything happening, came home last night and we had a fluffy baby chick. This morning there are 2 and 3 more have pipped. This is the first hatch of this year so we are very excited, I can't wait till we can take them out. Since they hatched on day 19 by day 21 they will need to come out no? So how do I do it if there are still some hatching?

I'm going to be in the same position as far as having some ready to come out before they're done hatching. I'll just open it a crack and snatch them out quickly. That's what I've done before when I had to. Not the best thing, but sometimes it can't be helped.
