Day 19, no chirps...?

So today is day 19 of the incubation of some Silkie eggs I bought online. Out of 15 eggs, 4 were fertile. The thing is, I have not heard any chirps yet. Should I be worried about them?

No, you may not hear chirps up until you see pips, just be patient until day 21/22 as ridiculously hard as it is!

That's a surprising amount of infertile eggs though for that order (assuming you bought 12 and they threw in 3 free, which is common). Depending on the value of the money to you, I'd consider contacting them for more / refund. That's not even 30%!

I usually only hear chirping on day 21 right before they start hatching. Perfectly normal. Good luck with your hatch. Always sucks when your eggs don’t turn out fertile.
