Day 2 of incubation humidity concern..

Do you have a separately purchased humidity gauge in your incubator?
Do not trust the built-in thermometer or humidity gauge.
Buy separate instruments to calibrate.
I have a wet bulb reading of 85 and I purchased a separate humidity gage that shows between 55 and 60 right now. I also have a secondary thermometer.

Really?! Most of what I came across said 55%. This is so hard because everything says something different!
The 35% is a dry incubation. I incubate like this because the humidity in my house is also very high. I only bring the humidity up when the humidity around my incubator is low. You can also gauge how much humidity you need by the air cells in the eggs.
