day 20 eggs rocking and rolling

I'm nervous that my chicks are on the wrong side of egg. This happened last incubation I was able to help one that popped by giving her a bigger air spot. The others didn't pip and died. Now my eggs are on day 20 no internal pip yet but moving. How long should I wait so they don't suffocate?

don't worry it goes rocking- 24 hrs to pip then could be another 24 hrs to hatch from that pip sit on those hands. I am telling you not to help, if you do and see blood stop the chick is not ready to hatch.

Day 22 one has pipped so I'm sitting on hands. The other ones are moving maybe just late because its cooler and less humid.
