Day 20..... I have new fluffy butts!!!!!!

Good morning! Today is day 22 and I have 20 new fluffy butts and one that hasn't yet pipped:( All are doing good, except one. He was stuck in the shell over 24 hours and just wasn't making any progress, so I decided it was time to help a little. I just pinched the shell off enough so he could kick free. He didn't absorb the yolk , but today it is almost gone. He hasn't yet got up and tried to walk. He just flops around, so I am a little worried. I still have him in the incubator. How long can I leave him in there?

Your little one that is having a tough time can stay in the bator for 2 days..give it time to strengthen up. I hope it pulls thru for you.

He tried for so long to get out of that egg and he just couldn't. I hope he makes it. Thankyou. I am proud of myself considering this is my very first hatch ever!

That is a great hatch considerring it's your first time. You should be very proud of yourself. Have fun with the babies!
