day 20 no progress, would it be ok to candle?

Nope, possibly one trying to pip..i got anxious and candled a few since there wasnt any pips yet. It looks like one of my BLRW is trying to scratch away at the egg, there is a clear spot where i see it moving and the outside of the egg is a little lighter on the outside right there so maybe! i domt hear nothing though and they are in an egg carton so i cant see if they are moving at all.
