Day 20: PIPS GALORE!

So, how many do you have total?

I am up to 15. I know that may sound small to some but it is the best I have ever done. I am happy if one hatches so 15 is a very happy number for me.

How many buffs did you get?

I hatched 13 out of 24 black eggs from Paul on Monday.

3 Buffs and one that piped today (or last night) that has not finished coming out. They are HUGE, way bigger than Paul Smiths but they all have pink legs? Will they change later. I will post photos soon. I LOVE them.​

The buff variety and the wheaten and blue wheaten varieties all hatch out with light colored legs.

They should darken as they get older.

I hatched 15 out of 24 from Paul & Angela Smith. I have 9 Jeans (pip&peeps) buff that went into the hatcher tonight due on sunday. I wanna see the buffs when you get pictures Adam....the suspense is killing me.
