The egg in the middle is 3 inches long and a double-yolker!!! The small white one is from my Speckled Sussex. They are small, but she faithfully lays one every day! My family tells me my hen's eggs are heavier and the shells are stronger than store-bought eggs, and the yolks are a beautiful Marigold yellow.
