Day 20 still no cracks in eggs!?!?

A little worried about the chicks I've done everything as followed... last time I checked the eggs to candle them the ones I could see in the babies were moving and all growing everyday but it's day 20 and no cracks in any eggs!!
Is this normal what should I do?

Normal. Put the egg back and just sit on your hands. I wouldn't check them again for another 3 days. Then it might be time for some hard choices.
