day 20 today help!

It doesnt look like the beak got all the way through but I saw it bulge while I was watching it. Im 99.9% sure there is nothing I should do except wait but I need someone to tell me not to try and help it!

Yes, wait it out. I only help if it's been 36 hours after the external pip and it hasn't made much progress.

Woohoo!!!! Has it hatched yet?


I hate to say it, but human gestation is way, way worse. Such an exercise in patience. No candling whenever you feel like it. Good news on that front is that you can feel the baby move after the first few months.

I have 7 fluffy cuties and one more almost out. No more pips on the remaining eggs but I'll leave them a few days to see if anything happens. Yay! I'm so happy my first hatch was successful and especially grateful for all the great advice I got here on BYC
