DAY 21~~~ 8 Hatched, 1 dead, 5 more??? NEW PIC's!!!!

ok well i am prob going to sell all mine but like 2 but i want to keep more bu ti dont know if i can i want to keep my first born which is a silkie i want to keep the naked neck and i want to keep one of the ee's and i want to keep this really nice silver and black chick i have but i dont know what to do i cant have all these

Ha Ha you sound like me... I've got to get rid of some.. I hatched about 6 batches of eggs from June -Nov of last year and I've still got the most of tem...

the thing is you probably have room i live in the city and got no room if i did i wouldnt sell any

well I've got the room if I could get the hubby to build me more pens... I've got small pens for my breeding pairs but I've got all the ones I've hatched (thats about 60) packed into 2 4x12 runs(they may be a lil larger)... he's got to get busy building me a few more runs

your are so lucky i will be moving back to oklahoma when my youngest sister graduates high chool in 3 years cuz when she does my parents are retiring and moving to oklahoma and buying property there that has like 3 houses on it my parents want us all to live together there is 6 kids 2 wives and 4 granchildren and she already said we are alloud to have as many animals as we want im doing chickens and then me and my brother are going to do the ponds and fish stocking, my sister is going to do the horses sheeps and that stuff and then we will have pleanty of other animals too i cant wait but i will wait

Well I'm due to hatch next wed. So not too much longer. I candled tonight I lost 2 more but they was eggs from my young pullets who just started so not too big of a suprise. I'm down to 16, 1 self blue OEGB, 3 possible jap and brown leghorn mixes, 7 OEGB mix colors, and 5 OEGB spangle. I have one more of the spangles that is iffy. And I'm hoping the rest will hatch so wish me luck!!

Day 13, Ive got 15 eggs still goin strong. Through out what I hope to be my last quiter for the batch. Here's a few pic's I took tonight. 3 good eggs and 1 quiter..

o ok well anyways good luck on your hatch i cant wait till i ge tot hatch again my wife says i cant have it in dors tho it has to go out in the garage but the temp diffrenciates to much out there i dont know what im going to do
