Day 21 (chicken eggs) not even any internal pips yet

They are going to take at least one extra day. Some will probably take even longer. I've seen it recommended to put a still air incubator as high as 102 since the heat isn't as consistent across the bator. The sensor is often near the warmest point. Did you use any other thermometers?

Yes I have another thermometer and it says temp is 99.9 F

I hear chirping now but no external pips yet! Could any be stuck? (I’m an over thinker.)

Give them time,remember it’s a whole egg they need to break trough just remember not to open the incubator

Just make sure the humidity and temperature are ok. It's hard work getting out of that egg.

I can’t even imagine trying to break out of a shell with such a tiny body! Hearing them chirp is so cute

I also just sprayed perfume right next to the incubator because I’m in a rush to get to a meeting and I forgot is it gonna hurt them?

No, not going to hurt them at all. Now IF the incubator had been open wide, and IF you sprayed the perfume directly ON the eggs, then IF you had closed the incubator to trap the fumes inside..... then yeah, you might have reason to worry.
It's okay, they'll be fine!

Update! First chick hatched at 4am! Idk what breed it is but it’s cute! I’m not home I’m staying at a family members house tonight so my mom watched them for me . They’re pure with a possibility of being mixed with bielfelder. Maybe buff orp x bielefelder?
