Day 21 Concerns

We are doing a classroom hatch. I did it last year and got 9/10 eggs to hatch.
Currently we are at day 21. I noticed one beak poking out yesterday (Day 20) at lunch time. Now it is almost 6 o'clock on Day 21 and no progress has been made. None of the other eggs are showing any signs of hatching. I am feeling distressed!!! My students are going to be devastated if none hatch! Is it too soon to panic or did I do something wrong?!?

Try to give it some more time. I've had chicks take while to hatch. I've had some that hatched 1 week later than the 21 day. I wouldn't give up just yet

i know. but sometimes they just don't make it. and helping them sometimes can do more harm than good if your not careful
