Day 21 no external pip.

Because they just hatched and are getting comfortable stretching out under the heat source while they sleep.

Dip your finger in the water and carefully put some droplets on their beak without getting any in nostrils

Lol ya they do that I will not sell a person a baby chick if they don’t buy a minimum of 4 just for that reason a lot of people don’t realize chicks/ chickens are a super social animal and needs Constant company especially when their babies I’ve noticed chicks will stop eating and drinking if they don’t have a companion or a group of chicks i usually will include a extra chick if the person doesn’t have the money for the extra ones just for that reason I don’t like to get that call back saying they won’t eat and are Chirping all night they get a little bit more independent as they get older but I still believe chickens are truly flock animals I would never recommend anybody to just have one chicken because of that reason

With the humidity so high, it might have delayed the hatch a bit. I would give it another day or so. I've even had chicks pip on day 23 and hatch on day 25. Hang in there. The final few days are the hardest to be patient. My husband is also new to incubating eggs although I've been doing it for years. His impatience is both funny and irritating😆. You would think he was sitting on the eggs himself😁.
