Day 21, no movement, could this mean my eggs didn't make it?

I'm hatching (or trying to) 6 eggs, day 21 is today, but we havn't seen much movement after incubator trouble last night, could this mean my chickies didn't make it??

How long should i leave them in the bator (the temputure has now stabalised) before calling it quits and starting over?

Leave them alone............I did that once, and they started on day 23. As long as the themps and humidity are OK, they may start soon
They get tired fast!!
