day 21 no pipping!

I think someone needs to invent something so we can tell if they alive in the incubator. How much less stress would we all be knowing there was a heart still

Can you hear them? Are the eggs moving around at all?

My first move would be to check for internal pips using a candler/flashlight. Basically you're looking for the beak, which presents as an elongated triangle close to the shell in the air cell.

If I could confirm the internal pip, I'd make a safety hole in the shell over the air cell immediately. Otherwise I'd probably go ahead and remove all of the shell over the air cell to see if I was dealing with a live but malpositioned chick. If there's a lot of goo and blood vessels, my assumption would be slow development, and I'd moisten the exposed membrane with some coconut oil and let everything rest for another couple of days.

I'm a new hatcher and have read several things can be the cause of not hatching. I borrowed a small incubator just to see if I could hatch and what not. 2 days ago I noticed some of my eggs were rocking a bit. I assume it's because they're getting into position. Today I notice nothing and it is Dat 21. No pipping and no sounds. Should I be worried?
