Thank you Ms.FuzzyButts! I feel a little beter. I am a huge worry wort, I know.

I know they can go at least a day without food or water. How long should I leave these 2 in there while I wait?

I'd say up to 24 hours.. When they are good and dry. But since you are waiting on others to hatch, I'd set a time to open the bator only once every 24 hours to minimize to chance of upsetting the temp and humidity too awful much.
