9PM last night was the start of day 21. We candled the eggs on day 16 or 17 and all 7 eggs had live embryos. But day 20 has come and gone and still no pips visible. Is this normal?

Perfectly normal, don't worry. Eggs take on average 21 days to hatch but I've had eggs hatch under broody hens and in incubators on day 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 25 (that one was under a broody). If you are on day 21 now and every was fine, the temperature was correct throughout etc you should see a pip soon.

Thanks a lot! As far as I know, I've done pretty good with temp and humidity. The egg temp has remained pretty steady through the whole hatch at 98 & 99. For humidity, I've kept a 24 oz. yogurt container full of water in there. On day 18, I added a second cup of water and put sponges in both. I could tell the humidity increased dramatically because the incubator window fogged and started condensating. Ok, going to go practice being patient some more. Although I'm ready RIGHT NOW!!! Haha

I hope they will reward your patience soon! Are you not using a hygrometer to check the humidity?

Yes, I have a digital thermometer/hygrometer that I bought at Walmart. If it is accurate, my humidity has been kept between 35-40% throughout the hatch and raised to around 60% since day 18.

That's good. Let us know when your chicks hatch

Will do. I have a live feed going for anyone interested in watching them hatch. I'll let everyone know when they first pip and again when they actually hatch.
