I just had my first chick hatch out sometime early this morning (missed it again!), Day 22. I have 4 more to go...they are rocking on and off put no pips yet. I'm not touchin' them

First chick.He doesnt look like he has enuff feathers,Hes been out of his shell for about 7 hours and can only squirm around on his back.Is he OK?
