day 21 was yesterday

Hello to all,
i have for the first time a broody hen. day 21 was yesterday. I dont know what to expect should i expect them to hatch today ? or should they have hatched all ready? i feel excited and worried at the same time... will she get off whene ther hatching? or does she stay on while they are hatching?

Some say you will hear your hen clucking to the eggs/ chicks when it is time. It can take up to 25 days.
Check for any eggs that have a smell. If they do it is bad. Good luck to you I hope they do hatch for you.

guys i have a peep!!! i came home lifted her up and saw atleast on egg with a peep!!!!!! how much longer?????? i could hear chirping!!!! ahhhh im so excided!!!!

I had two hens that were to hatch saturday but they are hatching today(monday) .
You can check under your hens for chicks . Both of mine are game hens and mean but i'm taking the chicks out and putting them into a brooder to raise , so far six have hatched . Some were shipped and only one of them hatched as ofnow .

so i left to the feed store to buy some feeders and when i came back the chick that had pipped was under her but DEAD ;( i dont understand how could his happen!! and another egg looked like it was ziping and she pecked at it and blood came out!!! what the heck is going on!!!! i dont understand!! what should i do.
