Day 22 and no Hatching

Where do the eggs come from that you are trying to hatch?
If your own flock you might want to look into using a "breeder type feed" for your flocks diet for a few weeks before you collect eggs.
They are all from my own hens. I did give them some crushed oyster shells a few weeks before I collected eggs, but I ran out and they didn't get any the week or two before I collected.

If your chickens are laying egg they need calcium daily.
Not just before collecting eggs.

Humidity really varies from place to place as to what works best for the first 18 days. Here, I need to have it 30%. If I tried to keep it higher, they would die. Late deaths are a sign of a humidity issue.

Do you think that batch is dead then? Should I take a picture of an egg getting candled?
