Day 22 and no pip yet... HELPPPPPPPPP PLEASE

Maybe a dull tooth pic you Know nothing to sharp if you are very careful on the big end with a small screw slowly turning it and not using a lot of force. you do not need a big hole just something small so they can breath. you might want to try a tiny pin but you do not want to go too deep most certainly if the chick is in the air cell.

Ok thank you I am not sure there is movement but I am pretty sure do you suggest going forward with it or to wait

Well.......

When is it exactly 22, 22.5 , 22 almost 23

Well this can be said and you must take it at heart.

Shipped eggs are always a risk, Does that stop us well no. and occasionally Problems arise even with the most perfect of situations. If I were you I would go ahead and try to help. but there is one thing you must know about helping chicks out.

When you help a chick out you break away from nature if that egg were hatched wild by a hen that chick would most likely die in the egg. and by helping it you save it but everyone who helps them out must know that no matter what happens and no matter what the circumstances are you are responsible for what ever comes out of that egg. if you save it and it is perfect and it grows up fine good for you and for it. but should it hatch with some deformity no matter what you are responsible for it and you must uphold yourself to do the right thing. should it be born crippled it will eventually die. and it will be up to you rather you make it comfortable and give it the best care until it passes or if you have to put it out of it's misery.

So it is up to you because no one else can make this choice and most likely no one will be able to physically help you so should you proceed and help it that is fine. but remember this no matter what the outcome may be take this as a learning experience and let the experience help you with future hatches. live and learn when a hatch does not go well get up clean out the bator and try try again.

If it where me I would help them out but this is a personal decision that all of us that hatch will eventually have to make. I will be here to help but I can not physically help you hatch it. good luck and I hope that this all goes well for you

if no chicks are observed on day 21 many have probably died. often some chicks come a day early. in the case of pit games many are hatched on day 19.

What do you mean by "observed" do you mean if they havent hatched or what
