could be a problem with your temp, just give it another day they will hatch i have a feeling

Just be patient and make sure your humidity is up. It needs to be up above 50% and should be ideally 60% -ish

Then you have to let them alone. That is the hard part.

If I put the eggs in on the night of Jan. 16 would tomorrow be considered day 21 or would today be day 21

I put mine in on the 16th, and I have pips. I put mine in on the morning of the 16th though.
