I have 8 eggs in my homemade incubator. Today was day 22 and none have even pipped yet. Day 20 I saw a couple eggs shake but now nothing. On day 18 they all looked great. I've kept the temp at 102° throughout the entire incubation and humidity between 50-55% then raised it to 60-65% for lockdown. Is there any chance they may still hatch? This is my first time incubating other than one my hen had given up sitting on.

Shouldn't the eggs be rocking or something? I'm seeing absolutely nothing happen. I'm worried I've lost all of them. :hit

102 degrees F will not result in many or even any chicks.
It's a still air incubator so that's where it should be, measured at the top of the eggs. I have one egg that has pipped and I heard some peeping this morning. Waiting to see if it hatches out.

Can anyone tell me how long the unzipping process should take?

One hatched but she has the umbilical cord? Still attached. Should I do anything or will it come off on its own? It's attached to part of the shell too. :/
