I have 13 live and noisy chicks.
One chick didnt make it out of the shel and died.
two are having a hard time getting out. the membrane under the shell is white and rubberish. I wet it down and peeled back the shell only! and didnt get the beack wet. They are still breathing and I will leave them a while.
temps are 85% humidity and 98F
Do I remove the eggs that have not pipped at all?
12 chicks are in the brooder all day and resting.
one chick is still in the bator, too wet still w/the two that are still trying to emerge.
When do i finally give up on the 18 that havent pipped
