So it's day 22 yesterday it's was moving and internally pipped but now its on 22 day I candle them nothing moving please give your valuable suggestions by looking pics tell me what to do

I hatched an egg that never showed any movement, and did not internally pip. I would wait another day, just to be sure.

I would read the article if you are planning on doing an eggtopsy. It will show you what went wrong with your egg once you crack it open. Personally, I would give it 24 more hours. I had a chick take over 24 hours to externally pip after the internal pip. If it doesn't hatch by tomorrow, eggtopsy it. I wouldn't assist hatch on this one, because I'm a strong believer in survival of the fittest - if it isn't strong enough to make it out of its egg, it's probably not strong enough to make it on my farm.
I would assist if I had a shrink-wrapped chick though - since shrink-wrapping doesn't seem to have much to do with the strength of the chick. Most shrink-wrapped chicks want to live, and so I would say assisting in that case, would be smart. (I have never had a shrink-wrapped chick though, so I have never had to assist.) Anyhow, if you are REALLY worried, and set in stone on trying to save this chick, you can try to make a safety hole for it. Here's an article on doing that.
