Day 22, no chicks

I posted yesterday about one set of my eggs, which were bantams on day 18, but I'm also incubating some unknown chicken eggs (given to us by a friend) that are on day 22, well it's the end of day 22, and still no chicks, or any pipping. I candled them on day 17, and it was obvious two were duds out of 15, but 13 appeared to have chicks, but I cont see any movement. At what point should I intervene (floating test, recandeling, opening, etc)

What was ur humidity level at
Maybe egg shells to hard for them to hatch.

It's just a styrofoam bator, nothing high tech with humidity tracker, however, I currently have both top holes plugged and water full.

Just need an $9 therm/temp meter from walmart

This will help to keep track
Maybe next try we can figure out what went wrong

Should I open one? It's been 23 days now going by the time of day I put them in anyway.

Yea I say it's to late wait another day never know!
But I would exam them all see if they were duds
Or if they were fully develope

I just opened on to find a dead chick, nearly fully developed. Looked as if it died day 18-19...? Covered in feathers. Before even reaching the yolk, a liquid came out that looked like yolk mixed with blood. The yolk sac was completely intact still, however. I opened it relatively quickly so I would assume it wouldn't have died from me opening the egg, as it still should have had a bit of life for a few seconds right? The inner membrane wasn't stiff so I don't think humidity was too low and the chick wasn't mushy so I wouldn't think it was too high...? Should I open the rest or wait?

Oh no! I've realized what went wrong! Ugh I had the eggs large end down and the chicks are backwards (beak facing small end) :'(
